When applied and fired correctly, the range will meet the chemical resistance levels described. This level of resistance, however, does not imply or guarantee any specific levels of resistance to atmospheric exposure or product lifespan.

Metal Release

Metal release is tested by immersion in 4% acetic acid at 22 ± 2ºC for 24 hours, in accordance with DIN 51031, 1986.

Results are, typically, less than 0.3mg Pb/dm2 and 0.03mg Cd/dm2.

Dishwasher Durability

Dishwasher resistance ASM 112 > 500 cycles

Accelerated assessment in 0.4% IEC 436 Type A solution at 78°C(172 F)

Microwave Durability

Suitable for use in microwave ovens.

Other information :

The onglaze series is subject to a big change. Since Johnson Matthey has stopped the 93-series, we will slowly replace this to our new S-series. We still have a large amount of these 93-series in stock, but of course, this becomes less over time. We replace a color out of stock with a matching color from the new S-Series. Mutual seies, these must be miscible, but this we do not give guarantees. You should test this in practice.

Gold-bearing colors can not mix with other colors.
