Description :

OPL-0610-Y is a general purpose yellow water-slide covercoat suitable for manual printing, semiautomatic and fully automatic screen-printing machines. OPL-0610 is suitable for use in the decoration of ceramics, enamel and glass.

Drying :

IR-drying, Air drying (max 120 ºC (248 ºF)).

Screenprinting

Typical properties :

Appearance: Transparent yellow liquid(= standard).

                      ( green, blue, red, light pink or colourless on special order).

Composition: Acrylic resin and plasticiser in aromatic hydrocarbon solvent.

Non volatiles: ± 42 %

Flashpoint:  45 ºC (113 ºF)

Thinner :

TH-000/0  or TH-0430

Storage :

Medium should be stored and handled in its original packages and kept in a clean dry place preferably kept tightly closed at 15 - 25 °C. When storing more than one batch, use the oldest material first.

Stability :

These products should be used within 6 months of receipt for optimum product results.
