Description :

Medium 439-65 is a water miscible, water-friendly, IR- & air-drying, multi-purpose medium for use in glass enamels, for the toughening- and laminating firing process.

water as required (Fordcup 4 30-35 sec)

Typical properties :

Appearance: Transparent, colourless liquid.

Composition: Solution of cellulose resin in glycol blend

Typical viscosity: 1.5 ± 0.3 at 25 °C &100/s

Flashpoint: > 65 °C

Solids content: 3.0 ± 1.0%

Solubility: Soluble in water.

Drying speed :

Very slow

Thinner :

RM.444 (=65/440) or demineralized water

Cleaner :

Water

Forms of Delivery

1 kg-, 5 kg-, 10 kg- and 25 kg-packings.

Storage :

Medium should be stored and handled in its original packages and kept in a clean dry place preferably kept tightly closed at 15 - 25 °C. When storing more than one batch, use the oldest material first.

Stability :

These products should be used within 6 months of receipt for optimum product results.
